FlowTrading.io End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using FlowTrading.io ("Service"), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
FlowTrading.io provides an AI-powered automated cryptocurrency trading platform that connects to your Kraken exchange account via API credentials you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze market data and place orders on your behalf on the Kraken exchange.
3. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure
⚠️ WARNING: Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge and accept:
• Market Volatility: Crypto markets operate 24/7 and can experience extreme price swings within minutes.
• Technology Risk: Software failures, API outages, exchange downtime, or network issues may result in missed trades or losses.
• AI Limitations: AI systems make incorrect judgments. FlowTrading.io's AI is not infallible and will make losing trades.
• Regulatory Risk: Crypto regulations in your jurisdiction may change, restricting or prohibiting your use.
• Liquidity Risk: Thin markets may prevent orders from filling at expected prices.
• Security Risk: Exchange compromises or API key theft could result in total loss of funds.
4. No Financial Advice
FlowTrading.io is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or licensed financial professional. Nothing the Service does constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are using an automated software tool — all responsibility for trading outcomes rests with you. Consult a qualified financial advisor before committing funds.
5. Your Kraken API Credentials
• You are solely responsible for generating, securing, and managing your Kraken API credentials.
• You must NEVER grant Withdraw permissions to any API key provided to this Service.
• FlowTrading.io stores credentials with encryption. However, you bear ultimate responsibility for API key security.
• Immediately revoke and regenerate keys if you suspect any compromise.
• FlowTrading.io will never request withdrawal or fund transfer capabilities.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FlowTrading.io login credentials, using strong unique passwords, monitoring your account for unauthorized access, and immediately reporting any security incidents to support@flowtrading.io.
7. Trading Parameters
Default trading limits apply: $50 maximum per trade, 2% automatic stop-loss on all positions. The AI system makes autonomous decisions that may result in losses. You cannot hold FlowTrading.io liable for individual trading decisions.
8. Payment Terms
Subscription: $80.00 USD/month, charged recurring monthly. Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the paid period. FlowTrading.io reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: reverse engineer or copy the Service's algorithms; use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to manipulate the AI system; share your invite code with unauthorized parties; or access other users' data.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: FLOWTRADING.IO AND ITS PRINCIPALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, EXCHANGE OUTAGES, AI ERRORS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowTrading.io and its principals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
13. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accepting, you confirm you are 18 or older.
14. Modifications
FlowTrading.io may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@flowtrading.io
